Compression Garment Fitting
Proper garment fitting is critical for managing lymphedema. We provide measurements, fitting, and home exercise program training to ensure your garments work optimally.

Face / Neck / Brain MLD
A specialized, gentle manual treatment technique specifically targeting the lymphatic nodes of the head, neck, and central nervous system (glymphatic system).

- Soothes nervous system
- May improve sleep quality
- Supports post-surgical head/neck recovery

Upper Extremity MLD
Manual Lymphatic Drainage for the arm, chest, and upper quadrant—commonly required post-mastectomy or due to localized lymph node removal/damage.

- Relieves pain and heaviness
- Improves immune function

Lower Extremity MLD
Detailed manual therapy for the legs and lower trunk. Often part of Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) involving multi-layer compression wrapping.

Trigger Point Dry Needling
A targeted intervention using thin filiform needles to release tight muscle bands and trigger points, often a source of chronic pain.
