Medicare Notice
Please be advised that we do not accept Medicare. If you are a Medicare beneficiary, we unfortunately cannot see you for reimbursable claims or direct therapy under Medicare guidelines at this time.
1 Self-Pay Structure
Because we are an out-of-network clinic, payment is due in full at the time of service. This structural decision allows us to dedicate our undivided 60-to-90 minute attention completely to your localized treatment, unrestricted by third-party insurance mandates or session caps.
2 Superbills
While we do not bill insurance directly, we are happy to provide you with a detailed clinical "Superbill" upon request.
A Superbill contains all the correct diagnostic (ICD-10) and treatment (CPT) codes required. You can submit this document directly to your insurance provider to request out-of-network reimbursement.
