Please be advised that we actively do not accept Medicare or Medicare replacement plans. If you are a Medicare beneficiary, we unfortunately cannot see you for reimbursable claims or direct therapy under Medicare guidelines at this time.
1 Insurance Billing
We bill Blue Cross and Aetna directly for covered therapy services.
Please contact our office or submit your coverage details prior to your 15–30 minute consultation so we can verify your benefits and coverage parameters.
2 Self-Pay & Other Plans
For services not covered by insurance or for patients choosing to self-pay, payment is due in full at the time of service.
We are committed to providing upfront clarity so you always know what to expect before your session begins.
